My Mission at Lanier Middle School 

is to provide educational excellence to all students by providing a safe, non-threatening, positive environment where cooperation and the opportunity to acquire knowledge, physical and social skills, fitness and attitudes are essential to a lifelong healthy lifestyle.

 

My Philosophy in Physical Education

is an integral part of the total education program. Physical education is vital for Academic achievement. Physical education is that phase of education which provides an opportunity, through activity, for physical, mental and social development, and improvement of the individual to meet the challenge of life.

 

Hobson's students will develop an appreciation and value for physical education, that enhances the quality of life of the total individual and motivates them to respect and appreciate a healthy body and mind.
